Shipping

The following details are provided as a guide only, and no guarantees are offered or implied. Times given are nominal, depend on stock availability and will vary at peak times such as end of quarter or end of financial year. Certified Partner accounts must be active (i.e. not on hold, or have exceeded the credit limit).

Two options are provided:

Economy service where delivery occurs up to a maximum of one-and-a-half days from dispatch date (usually before 12H00); in some main centers the delivery will occur during the following day after dispatch; economy rates will apply according to consignment size & weight.

Express service where the delivery will occur before 12H00 on the following day; in some main centers the delivery will occur before 10H00; express charges will apply according to consignment size & weight.

LOSS / DAMAGE IN TRANSIT & INSURANCE: Insurance cover must specifically be requested & charges will apply; this is not automatically included.

If any other service is required (for example weekend delivery or overnight delivery), we request that you provide your own courier service to collect the goods. Should you require airfreight or special guaranteed overnight delivery, this is provided at Partner cost and Partner will be required to authorize special delivery instructions in writing to our Logistics department. Warranties

Warranty means that the item will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the respective warranty period, e.g., 12-months limited hardware warranty (excluding consumable & obsolete items). In respect of Software, it means that there is a 12-months assurance that the software media is defect free and that the software conforms to its published specifications subject to correct installation procedures.

Dispatch

The partner may order products or services by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative. All orders shall specify the quantity, price, configuration details, shipping and billing instructions, installation location, requested delivery dates, any statement of work, and any other special instructions, as applicable. Such orders to be emailed to stores@goldtel.co.za

Orders

Best efforts are made to ensure that orders received by 12.00am will be dispatched by 4pm on the same day. Orders received after 12.00am will be dispatched by 4pm on the next working day. However, at peak times the order/dispatch period may be extended by up to 2 working days. [Peak times refer to events such as Year End / Month End and / Periodic Stock Take or big tender deliveries]

Note: Delivery times are nominal only and are beyond the control of Goldtel and are dependent on whether or not the goods ordered are available.
